We went into Iraq as part of the effort to eradicate just one of the many threats in the Middle East. Through the sacrifice and dedication of America’s warriors, there was, for a time, signs of stability and reform. Our part in the Iraq war ended officially in 2011, when Obama decided that it was okay to cut and run without a stabilization force in place to ensure that Al Qaeda wouldn’t use the opportunity to re-enter the country.
